Narrative:

“Alaska’s Wolfman”, Frank Glaser, pulls into the yard of his roadhouse on the old trail between Valdez and Fairbanks. He is in the back seat of a 1917 Owen gas/electric hybrid open touring car, perfect for a short “road hunting “ trip.  He and his hunting companions are welcomed by some local musicians, and a lodge guest whose fashionable hat is about to be rescued by a rabbit.

This image was created as a salute to Mike and Annie Hopper for their “Pulling a rabbit out of a hat”, by bringing the old Roadhouse back to life and, at at the same time, building a magnificent new lodge. Something of a magic trick to match this magical setting in the Alaska Range.
